The company was established in 1999 as a courier service for city courier and domestic courier under the brand name PCP (Priority Cargo and Package) to serve both retail and corporate customers.

Under the new key leadership in 2015, the company was rebranded to PCP Express as part of the company’s strategy to expand from B2B to B2C and C2C type of deliveries. In addition, the company underwent a business transformation with the aim to align people, process and technology initiatives with the new business strategy and vision.

Currently, PCP Express employs more than 850 employees with more than 90 branch offices across Indonesia. As a lead arranger within the logistics group of companies, PCP Express offers wide range of services from customs clearance, warehouse and distribution as well as port-to-port and door-to-door deliveries.
