Started in 1987 in the city of Surabaya in Indonesia, Waringin Warehouse began developing warehouses for local businesses. Our early customers were traders , wholesalers, and distributors. Due to strong economic growth in Indonesia, warehouse demand has been increasing dramatically. One of our first project in Jakarta is Kosambi Permai and in Surabaya is Margomulyo Permai. Both complex is still expanding and is now home to over 1.000 businesses. Currently, we are developing warehouses for multinational companies and third party logistics ( 3PL ) companies. We plan to expand to all major cities of Indonesia , while eagerly learning and innovating to provide the best customer service and building quality to our clients.
