What is a freight forwarder?

Freight forwarder is a company acts as an intermediary between a shipper and carrier that organizes shipments from one place to another by using air, ocean, or inland transportation.

First, you must create an account and fill all the required information then we will forward the information to the freight forwarders and they will send you the quotation.

Our registered freight forwarders have the right to respond or to refuse the quote request from the shipper. However, you can contact us by send an email at support@teralogistics.com and we will try to help you find the right freight forwarder.

You can compare the freight forwarders based on quotation you received and the reviews from shippers.

No, Tera Logistics is not responsible for any losses caused by our registered freight forwarders.

Tera Logistics does not facilitate the payment between the shipper and freight forwarder. The shipper can pay the shipment cost directly to the selected freight forwarders. In addition, Tera Logistics does not charge any commission fee to the shipper.

What is Tera Logistics?

Tera Logistics is an online logistics marketplace that facilitates the shippers to obtain various quotations from registered freight forwarders.

First, you must sign up and providing a valid and accurate information about your company name, address, telephone number, email, and other information.

Tera Logistics provides the freight forwarders with options to sign up for free or paid. The facility for free registrants is an access of company profile by shippers and facilities for paid registrants are the verification of company information and priority to obtain quotation requests from the shipper. For now, the verification process can only be performed in Indonesia only.

We can accept bank account transfer and Visa or Master Card for credit card payment.
